Shipments
All items typically ship within one week of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary based on customer shipping preference and package destination. To avoid shipping and handling fees, Chicago based customers may select the "will call" option at checkout, and other arrangements can be made to ensure receipt of the purchased item. International customers, please contact us directly.
Return & Repair Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it with the original sales receipt within 14 business days of the delivery date for an equal value exchange or store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable for returns. When you are ready to apply your credit or exchange, please email us at info@beadnbead.com to request that we reserve your new item. We cover the shipping and handling costs for the replacement.
Repairs are provided free of charge within 90 days of purchase.
